- 4 oz. cold coffee
- 6 oz. coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 scoop Propello Life Spiced Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder (or Vanilla Bean Whey Protein)
- 1/2 frozen ripe banana
- 1 T. peanut butter
Takes | Serves 1 person.
- Add all ingredients to blender
- Blend on high until desired consistency
