Vegan Banana, Nuts & Seeds Smoothie Bowl

This vegan smoothie bowl is so yummy and packed with protein, healthy carbs, and healthy fats.  It is sure to keep you full for hours and seem like you are having a treat!


  • 8-12 oz ripple pea milk (or beverage of your choice)
    • adjust oz to desired thickness
  • 1 scoop Propello Life Vegan Spiced Vanilla
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Base: 1/2  frozen banana for white base (use whole banana if desired)
    • or 4 frozen strawberries for red base
    • or handful of spinach/kale for green base
  • Drop of vanilla extract (optional)
  • Top with fruits, seeds, nuts, etc...
    • Pictured toppings: banana slices, homemade granola (with sunflower seeds, pepita seeds, dried papaya), hemp seeds, slivered almonds, and scoop of almond butter


  1. Blend beverage, Propello Life protein, Base, and vanilla extract in blender.
  2. Pour into bowl and top with your desired toppings
  3. Enjoy!!!
