There's nothing like a cold bowl of ice cream on a hot summer night!
We found a way to make ice cream with our Whey Protein to make the macros a little bit better than regular ice cream.
We made plain old vanilla, but you could easily add some chocolate, cookies or anything else to make your favorite ice cream flavor!
Cold, creamy and delicious - a perfect treat for these summer days!
INGREDIENTS

1 can Coconut Milk (full fat and not the kind in a carton, but the kind in a can), chilled

1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk, chilled

1-1.5 scoops Propello Life Whey Protein Vanilla Bean

Dash of Vanilla Extract (to taste)
DIRECTIONS

Chill Coconut Milk and Sweetened Condensed Milk in refrigerator until cool.

Pour Coconut Milk into blender and blend until frothy (2-5 minutes)

Next, add sweetened condensed milk and blend into mixture (about 1 minute)

Next, add whey protein and blend (about 1 minute)

Add Vanilla extract to taste and blend (we used about a teaspoon)

Taste the mixture. This is the base vanilla flavor. If you want to leave it plain vanilla ice cream, then pour mixture into a paper ice cream pint container or glass bowl with cover and freeze for about 6 hours. If you want to add another flavor or add-in (such as chocolate fudge, chocolate cookies, chocolate chips, coffee, sprinkles, etc.) stir them in and pour into container to freeze.

Top with your favorite toppings (we used natural sprinkles)

OTHER FLAVOR IDEAS
- Mocha Chip: just add Cocoa powder and ground coffee beans or espresso beans to taste
- Peanut Butter Cup: add melted peanut butter and chopped up peanut butter cups
- Cookies & Cream: add crushed up cookies
