Everyone has those extra ripe bananas that they don't know what to do with! We took ours and added some of our favorite ingredients to make a delicious banana bread. And it's guilt-free!!!
This recipe is also Gluten Free, Vegan, Dairy Free, and Egg Free!!!
Ingredients

2 scoops Propello Life Vegan Protein Spiced Vanilla

1 1/2 cups Oats

1 Tbsp Organic Chia Seed (soaked in 1/4 cup water for 3 minutes)

1 Tbsp Organic Flaxseed Meal

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Aluminum-free Baking Powder

2 Ripe Bananas

1/2 cup 100% Pure Organic Maple Syrup

1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (use your dairy free or vegan option such as Enjoy Life if that is a concern for you)
Directions

Set oven to 350 degrees

Smash bananas in large bowl. Add maple syrup, chia "egg," flax and mix until combined.

Put oats into food processor and pulse until ground up. Then add all dry ingredients (baking powder, baking soda, protein powder) into a bowl.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and then fold in chocolate chips.

Pour into greased (we use spray coconut oil) bread pan. If you are feeling fancy, you can top the bread with some extra oats, chocolate chips or banana slices! We topped ours with oats and bananas.

Bake for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Top with your favorite peanut butter, butter or coconut oil and enjoy!!!
