one cup (or mugful) of hot water
1 scoop Propello Life Spiced Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 to 1 t. coconut oil (depending on how much you want)
Boil the water either in a teapot or in the microwave.
Pour the water into your favorite mug.
Add the scoop of protein powder and coconut oil, then stir carefully with a spoon.
