The Hot Vegan Drink

Do you ever wake up on a cold winter morning, wondering what to have for breakfast? 

Or do you need a new afternoon snack idea? 

This hot drink is super quick, easy, high in protein, and delicious!


  • one cup (or mugful) of hot water
  • 1 scoop Propello Life Spiced Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 to 1 t. coconut oil (depending on how much you want) 


    • Boil the water either in a teapot or in the microwave.
    • Pour the water into your favorite mug.
    • Add the scoop of protein powder and coconut oil, then stir carefully with a spoon.
    • That's it!!!  Enjoy!!!
