SPINACH BLUEBERRY PINEAPPLE SHAKE

Crunched for time or just want a healthy, quick balanced meal?  The Spinach Blueberry Pineapple Shake is perfect to start your day as breakfast or a mid day snack to prevent the afternoon munchies.  Enjoy this one guilt free!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop Propello Life Vanilla Bean Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 c. fresh spinach
  • 1 T. fresh ginger, pealed
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 5 chunks of pineapple (frozen is best)
  • 1 T. chia seed
  • 8-10 oz. cold coconut milk, almond milk, or water
  • Ice (optional; and if not using frozen pineapple)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to blender
  2. Blend on high until desired consistency
  3. Enjoy!
