Homemade Peanut Butter + Protein Granola

One of our go to healthy snacks every day is low fat Greek Yogurt, fresh berries, and granola.  So when Lia shared this Homemade Peanut Butter + Protein Granola recipe with us, we were more than excited!!!

After baking
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes


  • Preheat oven to 340 degrees Fahrenheit 
  • In a large bowl, mix wet ingredients (peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla)
  • Stir in all dry ingredients until well incorporated
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread granola onto it. 
  • Bake for 10 minutes
  • After 10 minutes, take it out and mix up the mixture
  • Bake for another 10 minutes
  • After granola is cooled, add in the chocolate chips and coconut flakes and store in an air tight container
  • Enjoy!!!
