Anyone else digging though the pantry, looking for something - anything - to eat these days?
Make these easy protein bites for a snack that's ready to eat from the refrigerator with ingredients that you probably already have!
INGREDIENTS

2 cups oat flour (you can put old fashioned oats in food processor to make this)

1/3 cup (1 scoop) Propello Life Whey Protein Vanilla Bean

1/2 cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)

4 Tbsp maple syrup

1 t. pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup coconut or almond milk

optional: 1/4-1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until fully combined, adding chocolate chips last (note - we did not have mini chocolate chips so we cut regular dark chocolate chips in half)

Use a cookie scoop or just pinch a small amount of dough and roll into balls with your hands.

Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet once rolled

Store in refrigerator
