Cookie Dough Protein Bites

Anyone else digging though the pantry, looking for something - anything - to eat these days? 

Make these easy protein bites for a snack that's ready to eat from the refrigerator with ingredients that you probably already have!


  • 2 cups oat flour (you can put old fashioned oats in food processor to make this)
  • 1/3 cup (1 scoop) Propello Life Whey Protein Vanilla Bean
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 4 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 t. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
  • optional: 1/4-1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips


  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until fully combined, adding chocolate chips last (note - we did not have mini chocolate chips so we cut regular dark chocolate chips in half)
  • Use a cookie scoop or just pinch a small amount of dough and roll into balls with your hands.
  • Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet once rolled
  • Store in refrigerator
  • Enjoy!!!
