INGREDIENTS
Base

8-10 oz coconut milk or almond milk (or your favorite substitute)

1 ripe banana (or frozen)

1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract (or to taste)
Classic Peppermint Shake

1 scoop Propello Life Whey Protein Vanilla Bean (or substitute in Propello Life Vegan Protein Spiced Vanilla)
Chocolate Peppermint Shake

1 scoop Propello Life Whey Protein West Indies Cocoa (or substitute in Propello Life Vegan Protein Dirty Chocolate)

1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder (or to taste)
