The Lemon Lime + Mint is my favorite flavor, and it's the best product to have after a really tough workout. The recovery support is very noticeable, it's also a great light, refreshing flavor, & as someone who generally never cared about BCAAs or a post-workout supplement due to not really noticing enough of a difference, THIS does everything it says it's going to. Highly recommend!

I’m generally skeptical about products like this as often, they just don’t live up to expectations. However, I am completely blown away with this product! More often than not, after tough workout days, it’s a challenge to roll out of bed the next morning. With this product, I usually feel as refreshed the next morning as if I didn’t work out the day before. I generally sleep better too. This is allowing me to bounce back the next day following a tough workout and keep the intensity and momentum going. I’m very pleased!

I've tried many recovery drinks, and this is the best. It's now an absolute essential after a long run when I still need to get other things done the rest of the day! I'd highly recommend the lemon lime over the cherry vanilla, but that's just personal taste.
